Navigators Service
What does the service offer?
The Navigators service provides practical and emotional support for care leavers, unaccompanied asylum‑seeking young people, and Looked After Children preparing for independent living. Support can include help with anxiety, behaviour, language or transition challenges, relationship difficulties, and low self‑esteem. Sessions focus on building resilience, developing life skills, growing confidence, exploring hobbies and interests, and managing day‑to‑day worries.
How can it help?

Emotional Wellbeing Budgets Service
What does the service offer?
This service provides personalised funding for children, young people and families to support their health and emotional wellbeing. Emotional Wellbeing Budgets give people more choice and control over the support they receive, allowing them to access creative and flexible alternatives to traditional services. Funding can be used for activities, equipment, training, technology or other resources that help improve wellbeing, build resilience and support personal goals.
How can it help?
The funding helps prevent needs from escalating by giving young people and families the freedom to choose support that genuinely works for them. It enables them to take part in activities that boost confidence, reduce stress, improve mental health and support progress in everyday life.
Who is it for?
