It’s important that you reach out when you’re feeling low or going through a crisis. There are people and services who can help you. You deserve care and support.

Call 999

If you have harmed yourself, taken an overdose, or if someone’s life is at risk – call 999. You will be taken seriously, and you won’t be wasting anyone’s time. You deserve and need help and support.

Go to your local Accident and Emergency Department (A&E)

If you feel like you might harm yourself or if you have harmed yourself – go to A&E. The staff there will support and take care of you.

24/7 Crisis Support

If someone might be at risk of harm, it’s important to take that seriously, even if you’re not completely sure.

Call 111

Select the ‘Mental Health’ option to speak to a trained professional who can help with what you are going through.

Talk to a safe adult

Reach out to someone who is safe and can support you. This could be your parent or carer, another relative or loved one, a youth worker or teacher, for example.
